About the role
- Facilitation and leadership of a cross-functional team
- Definition of epics, use cases, and user stories
- Prioritization and evaluation of competing requests, backlog management, and roadmap creation and execution
- Supporting product development based on agile product development frameworks
- Assisting with product discovery processes
- Analyzing business requirements as well as conducting user and usability tests and research
- Partner and stakeholder management (internal and external)
- Tracking and continuous optimization of released features.
Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of experience as a Product Manager
- Experience building and maintaining a product backlog
- Familiarity with product discovery methods
- Experience in user research is a plus
- Experience with or a basic understanding of AI-based technologies is an advantage
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
- Fluent German and English language skills
- Strong analytical skills
