• Developing and executing major gift fundraising strategies to achieve revenue targets and secure 5- and 6-figure gifts.
• Managing and growing a portfolio of major donors and prospects through strategic cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship.
• Identifying and qualifying new donor prospects to expand the major gifts pipeline and support future transformational giving.
• Creating personalized donor engagement plans that align donor interests with Friends of Ruby’s mission and priorities.
• Maintaining accurate donor records, prospect research, and fundraising data to support relationship management and informed decision-making.
• Collaborating with internal teams, leadership, board members, and community partners to strengthen donor relationships and advance fundraising goals.
