About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support recruiting and business development operations by recruiting and sourcing candidates
- Building talent pipelines
- Prospecting prospective clients
- Conducting outbound calls and follow-up
- Scheduling interviews and appointments
- Managing CRM and recruiting systems
- Supporting staffing and workforce development initiatives
- Source candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, databases, social media, referrals, and recruiting platforms
- Conduct candidate outreach via phone, email, text, and LinkedIn
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews
- Build and maintain active talent pipelines
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
- Maintain accurate candidate records in CRM and ATS systems
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients and facilities
- Identify staffing and recruiting opportunities
- Generate leads and schedule appointments for leadership
- Assist with email marketing and LinkedIn outreach campaigns
- Research target companies and decision-makers
- Update CRM and pipeline systems daily
- Track recruiting and sales activity metrics
- Maintain organized databases and documentation
- Participate in virtual meetings and training sessions
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum of 1–3 years of verifiable experience in recruiting, staffing, talent acquisition, sales, business development, cold calling, lead generation, or appointment setting
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
- Comfortable making outbound calls daily
- Professional phone presence
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace
- Basic computer and technology proficiency
- Preferred qualifications include experience in healthcare recruiting or staffing, experience recruiting for oil & gas or professional industries, experience using CRM or ATS platforms, LinkedIn recruiting experience, cold calling or appointment-setting experience, and experience with remote teams or virtual staffing.
