Content Marketing Manager

• Develop and evolve Frida’s long-term content and social media strategy across owned, earned, and emerging channels
• Translate brand priorities and marketing objectives into actionable, platform-specific strategies that drive awareness, engagement, and business outcomes
• Partner cross-functionally with brand, media, and digital teams to ensure cohesive planning and integrated activations
• Champion innovation by piloting new formats, platforms, and technologies, including AI, social commerce, and experimental content approaches
• Lead creative concepting and production of social-first storytelling and ensure platform-native, trend-aware, culturally fluent content
• Develop clear briefs for in-house and agency creative teams and manage content production from ideation through distribution
• Create a channel management model that prioritizes iteration based on top-performing content and community insights
• Oversee video, live streaming, and multimedia storytelling production and ensure consistency in brand voice and tone
• Define and execute platform strategies across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, Threads, Pinterest, and emerging channels
• Establish community management guidelines and oversee community engagement and reputational risk protocols
• Collaborate on influencer and creator strategy to integrate creator content into broader campaigns
• Monitor cultural moments and online trends to identify opportunities for relevance and breakthrough content
• Define KPIs across audience growth, engagement, reach, and brand impact, and leverage analytics to optimize strategy
• Deliver actionable insights and regular performance updates to senior leadership and benchmark against competitors
• Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing team across social strategy, content creation, and community engagement
• Set objectives, workflows, and priorities that balance creativity, agility, and operational rigor
• Manage external partners, creators, and agencies to expand creative capacity and production scale
• Work closely with Creative Marketing, Brand Management, and Sales teams
