About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Deliver advanced support for SAP Logistics SD
- Drive issue resolution, root-cause analysis, and continuous improvement
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into IT solutions
- Ensure system stability, performance, and proper documentation
- Coordinate with cross-functional IT teams for end-to-end process alignment
- Support testing cycles, upgrades, and change requests
- Train key users and provide knowledge transfer
Requirements
What you’ll need- Professional experience in SAP SD and EDI integrations within an international environment
- Solid understanding of order-to-cash business processes (order management, delivery, billing)
- Experience with EDI standards
- Hands-on experience with SAP IDoc-based integrations (functional knowledge; technical reading ability)
- Ability to work with middleware or EDI platforms (SAP PO/PI, Seeburger, OpenText)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to handle complex integration scenarios
- Familiarity with ITIL processes and ticketing tools (e.g., ServiceNow)
- Experience working with external partners, VAN providers, and international customers
- Experience with customer labeling requirements
