Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
8+ years of Technical, Corporate or Manufacturing recruitment experience
Fluent professional-level English and local language skills as needed
National travel of 10-15% required
Expert at building & maintaining professional relationships
Proactive in sourcing and attracting candidates
Clear & concise communication capabilities
Willing to experiment with new methods & actively learn about the business
