About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Designs, configures, and tests reports and dashboards based on business requirements
Reviews existing reports and continuously improves them
Supports data quality in Workday and delivers reliable data
Solves 3rd level support tickets in reporting and compensation
Supports configuration and testing of compensation solutions
Analyzes requests and identifies cross-stream impacts
Educates Workday stream communities about new technical features
Stays informed about the Workday reporting/compensation roadmap
Mentors team members and shares knowledge

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's/Master's degree in informatics, business informatics, business intelligence or comparable education
Ideally, Workday Pro certification in reporting/compensation
Previous experience in configuration of cloud HCM systems, ideally Workday Compensation/Reporting
Proven Workday reporting skills (Advanced, Matrix, Composite reports) and knowledge of calculated fields
Security in Reporting: Understanding of Workday’s security model
Familiarity with Workday PRISM Analytics
Skills in using BIRT for creating custom reports
Familiarity with compliance and regulatory reporting in HR
Knowledge in data modelling and SQL
Very good verbal and written communication skills
