About the role
- Guide senior leaders and cross-functional teams in adopting agile principles and fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Ensure agile transformation aligns with business goals and scales across teams in a multinational environment.
- Support product teams in selecting and evolving agile methodologies (e.g., SCRUM, Kanban, SAFe, LeSS Huge).
- Support team leaders resolve conflicts and promote constructive, mutually beneficial solutions.
- Drive cross-team collaboration and implement lean governance practices.
- Use agile metrics and feedback loops to optimize value streams and product delivery.
- Design agile training programs and bridge communication between business and technology stakeholders.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 10 years of professional experience, including at least 2–3 successful agile transformation projects in multinational companies.
- Deep theoretical and practical knowledge of agile frameworks such as SCRUM, Kanban, SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework), LeSS Huge (Large Scale Scrum), and others.
- Strong background in organizational change and agile design.
- Proven ability to coach and mentor teams and leaders at all levels to foster agile maturity.
- Fluent in English, with excellent facilitation and conflict resolution skills; German language skills are considered a plus.
- Willingness to travel for work approximately 20–30% of the time.
