About the role

  • Support existing and new customers in East Germany with technical and commercial expertise.
  • Actively win new business across services, engineering projects, and product sales.
  • Work closely with internal teams like Customer Service and Inside Sales to ensure seamless customer experience.
  • Take full responsibility for sales area, including revenue and gross profit.
  • Negotiate pricing and delivery agreements for long-term value.
  • Stay informed on market movements, customer needs, and competitor activity.

Requirements

  • Hands-on experience in technical sales, ideally in filtration, machinery, or an industrial environment.
  • Ability to understand technical specifications and drawings.
  • Comfortable working with OEMs, MRO clients, and across various industries.
  • Fluent in German and proficient in English.
