About the role
- Design and develop technical eLearning certifications
- Build and maintain a library of technical enablement assets
- Create competitive deep-dive content and objection-handling scenarios
- Design scalable digital training experiences for global audiences
- Apply learning science principles to ensure training engagement
- Measure training effectiveness and continuously improve programs
Requirements
- 6-10 years of experience designing eLearning and digital training experiences
- Hands-on technical exposure
- Strong understanding of the Solution Engineering/Pre-Sales lifecycle
- Experience designing enablement or training programs for technical sellers, engineers, or IT professionals
- Proficiency with modern eLearning authoring tools
- Experience facilitating design workshops
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Exceptional writing and editing skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Proactive and adaptable mindset
