About the role
- Manage our revenue growth for the Enterprise New Business in the DACH region
- Manage all aspects of the sales management process and Go to Market strategy for the sales team
- Establish strong working relationships with various cross-functional leadership roles and partners
- Implement local market plans and sales strategies to meet sales objectives
- Provide ongoing reporting and forecasting for your territory
- Build relationships with decision-makers and key influencers across multiple industries
- Act as a role model and cultural ambassador to ensure a great working environment
Requirements
- 3 years of team leadership experience within a technical software environment
- Experience in building and leading [SaaS] Sales teams
- Bachelor's Degree is a requirement
- Native-level proficiency in German & fluency in English
