• Support the Head of SHEQ in maintaining and developing the company’s Quality, Health, Safety and Environmental management systems.
• Focus on ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement and support operational teams to deliver safe, compliant, and high-quality services.
• Manage IMS certifications: ISO 9001, ISO 45001, ISO 14001.
• Develop, review, and maintain SHEQ policies, procedures, and processes.
• Provide cross-functional support to ensure compliance.
• Lead health and safety aspects of supplier onboarding.
• Conduct site inspections and maintain approved supplier records.
• Conduct internal audits and lead incident investigations.
• Define and monitor corrective/preventive actions.
• Chair the Health & Safety Committee.
• Promote a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
• Compile monthly dashboards for Head of SHEQ.
