About the role
- Strategy and planning: Develop and execute vertical-specific marketing strategies to increase our penetration in the payer & health systems segments. Define the optimal marketing mix including 1:1 and 1:few ABM programs, paid search & social, content syndication, events, and more. Create integrated, multi-channel campaigns to meet pipeline and revenue goals, working closely with sales, field marketing, content, digital, and product marketing.
- Partner with sales: The marketing and sales teams are amazing partners at Freshpaint. The campaigns we run require skin in the game from both. You’ll work closely with Account Executives and SDRs on account planning, prioritization, messaging, outreach and nurture sequences, and events.
- Content and personalization: Provide feedback on the content roadmap to make sure you get the content needed to run your campaign. Collaborate with product marketing, content, and design to build personalized assets, such as landing pages, case studies, and nurture sequences, tailored to specific accounts and personas.
- Report on wins and losses: Set aggressive but achievable goals, and measure, analyze, and report on campaign performance. Provide actionable insights to stakeholders and leadership.
- Advocate for success: Tell us what you need to win so we can get it for you.
- Leverage our tech stack: Utilize Hubspot, Webflow, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other tools to get the job done.
- Collaborate with Field marketing: Plan and execute events, webinars, and other activities that will be crucial for your success.
Requirements
- 3+ years B2B marketing experience in demand generation, ideally marketing to a small TAM of enterprise-level payers and/or health systems, delivering pipeline using a broad range of channels
- Demonstrated experience successfully executing vertical-specific or ABM campaigns
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, digital ads platforms, and other major tools and tech
- You can own a number. You owned growth results and can proudly walk us through how you did it, step by step.
- You’re totally dependable with unstructured tasks and you can set your own focus/priorities.
- You get things done – fast. You take ownership and solve problems when you see them.
- You have high empathy and a keen sense of understanding how other people think.
