Senior Business Development Executive – M&A

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Understand the specific challenges and opportunities for the M&A/Corporate group
- Support the Senior Managers and Managers to develop and execute the tasks that will help the team to deliver the strategy
- Support and manage compelling credentials, proposals including pitches, RFP responses, and other opportunities to win work for the regional practice group
- Help develop practice group content, campaigns or events and relevant directory and award submissions
- Support on webinars, events and relevant initiatives to enhance the profile of our Group’s offer
- Support the internal processes, including but not limited to entries in Salesforce, Foundation and Teams’ folders
- Build trusted relationships with internal stakeholders and MBD colleagues
- Contribute to continuous improvement in the firm’s approach to business development
Requirements
What you’ll need- Educated to degree level
- 2-4 years of working in a professional business environment (ideally legal, accountancy, technology, consultancy)
- Strong in German and English – highly proficient in business writing in both languages
- Good communications skills, with demonstrated excellence in grammar and proofreading
- Demonstrated capabilities to manage multiple deadlines and changing project criteria
- Ability to work flexibly in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and high expectations
- Excellent teamworking and collaboration skills
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Suite software
- Good technical skills and the ability to leverage technology e.g. CRM systems (with knowledge of Salesforce a plus) and various AI tools
