About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Review mock-ups and production artwork to ensure they accurately reflect client requests and are ready for production
Verify artwork against order details, customer instructions, and production requirements
Identify and resolve production issues before orders reach the printer
Apply artwork revisions and prepare production-ready files when necessary
Review artwork for production feasibility, consistency, placement, sizing, spelling, and other quality standards
Communicate with Campus Managers, the sales team, and internal teams regarding revisions, concerns, recommendations, or clarification questions
Use Adobe Illustrator to review, edit, and prepare production artwork
Utilize AI-assisted workflows and internal tools responsibly to improve accuracy and workflow efficiency where applicable
Complete a set number of tickets per day while balancing speed, quality, and accuracy

Requirements

What you’ll need

Excellent verbal and written communication skills and fluency in English
Strong attention to detail and instruction comprehension
Critical thinking, sound judgment, and problem-solving skills
Reliability, responsiveness, and effective time management in a remote setup
Ability to ask questions and clarify ambiguous requests
Receptiveness to feedback and commitment to continuous improvement
Ability to balance speed and efficiency without compromising quality
Comfort making decisions in a fast-paced production environment
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
Strong proficiency in Adobe Illustrator; Adobe Photoshop is a plus
Experience reviewing and editing production artwork or vector graphics
Basic understanding of print production processes, garment decoration methods, and artwork preparation
Ability to identify production issues related to artwork, placement, sizing, and print feasibility
Well-functioning computer capable of handling design workloads
Strong, stable internet and power connection
Familiarity with AI-assisted productivity tools and workflows is a plus
