About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Research universities across the US to understand where we should recruit from
- Source potential candidates using LinkedIn and other recruiting platforms
- Learn and apply Boolean search techniques to identify high-quality talent
- Reach out to candidates and build talent pipelines
- Screen candidates based on graduation year, field of study, and role requirements
- Maintain accurate recruiting data and candidate records
- Work closely with your manager to improve sourcing strategies
- Learn to use AI tools such as Claude and other recruiting technologies to become a more effective recruiter
- Contribute ideas to improve our hiring process
Requirements
What you’ll need- Excellent written and spoken English with strong communication skills
- Strong interest in recruiting, talent acquisition, HR, sales, or marketing
- Comfortable learning LinkedIn sourcing and Boolean search techniques (prior experience is a plus but not mandatory)
- Curious about AI and excited to learn new recruiting tools
- Detail-oriented and highly organized
- Self-motivated and eager to learn
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Internship experience in recruiting, HR, sales, or marketing is a plus
- Fresh graduates with internship experience may apply
