About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Gather and analyze data from various sources within the supply chain, including inventory levels, transportation costs, supplier performance, and demand forecasts.
Practice data stewardship and monitor data integrity while performing analytics processes.
Utilize statistical techniques and advanced analytics to identify patterns, trends, and insights that can inform decision-making and drive process improvements.
Develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate findings effectively to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to supply chain performance, such as on-time delivery, lead times, and inventory turnover.
Identify opportunities for cost reduction, process optimization, and service level improvement within the supply chain network.
Develop and implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency, reduce waste, and improve overall supply chain agility.
Contribute to cross-functional projects aimed at optimizing supply chain processes.
Champion a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the supply chain organization.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including planning, operations, procurement, finance, and IT, to gather requirements and develop data-driven solutions that address business needs.
Facilitate knowledge sharing and best practice dissemination across functional areas to drive continuous improvement and innovation.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s Degree (Supply Chain, Business Analytics, Data Science, Engineering)
Master’s Degree in Analytics, Supply Chain, or related field preferred
3+ years of relevant work experience (Supply Chain/Analytics)
Relevant work experience in Supply Chain Analytics, Business Intelligence w/in Manufacturing environment
Strong proficiency in BI Tools: Power BI (Power Query, DAX), Tableau, or similar
Advanced SQL skills and experience with data modeling
Experience working with supply chain systems (ERP, WMS, TMS, planning tools)
Project Management exp – ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables; VLookUps; Formulas; Logic driven)
Data Strategies; Process Improvement Strategies
Experience implementing or supporting S&OP / IBP processes
Experience with programming languages such as Python or R for advanced analytics
CPG/Grocery experience
