About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Process journal entries for month end closings to accurately account for monthly financial results and comply with Company deadlines
Assist with processing journal entries for the closing of every month to meet reporting deadlines set by Company
Maintain Pro Lease, system of leases to ensure adherence to Company policy and US GAAP
Manage with Fuel Inventory process for the closing of every month
Assist with monthly and quarterly Consolidations financial reporting requirements
Support internal and external auditors to comply with SOX compliance

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field
Minimum 5 to 7 years prior Accounting and/or Finance experience working in a fast-paced, results oriented environment (full accounting cycle)
Strong analytical skills and solid understanding of US GAAP
Strong interpersonal, organizational, verbal, and written skills
Ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently
Advanced Level of Microsoft Excel
Preferred: Power BI, Prolease, Bilingual with fluent skills in Spanish and English
