About the role

  • Responsible for the preparation and analysis of the Company’s financial reports and performance dashboards
  • Manage a suite of financial reports for weekly, monthly, quarterly distribution to senior leadership
  • Budgeting, forecasting, and performing analysis of variances and drivers of operational results
  • Build, update and maintain financial models including performance indicator dashboards
  • Collect, analyze, and manage large data sets of data from system applications
  • Review and monitor corporate overhead costs and work closely with Department Heads
  • Oversee reporting of capital expenditures, working capital, and debt covenant compliance
  • Assist with the preparation of disclosures and reports for SEC filings
  • Review existing processes and procedures to develop recommendations for improvement efforts
  • Manage the FP&A system application including administration, maintenance, and improvements
  • Contributor to ad-hoc finance projects by leveraging finance acumen and skills
  • Provide analysis and answers to audit inquiries from internal/external auditors

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in financial planning, analysis, and reporting
  • At least 2 years in supervisory/team leader/managerial role within FP&A or a related finance function
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Programs (Advance user of Excel) and Power BI
  • Strong knowledge of accounting and business acumen
  • Highly analytical with strong attention to detail
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to work independently and drive initiatives forward
  • Strong collaboration and partnering skills with cross-functional teams
  • Fully fluent in English (written and verbal)
