What you’ll need

Builder Mindset: You've stood up clinical or compliance infrastructure where limited systems and processes exist today.
Senior Leadership Experience: Proven experience in a Senior Manager or Director-level capacity.
Regulated Healthcare Experience: Deep, proven experience in clinical operations or health service delivery, ideally in a regulated, multi-jurisdictional environment.
Governance Expertise: Demonstrated ability to define and own compliance frameworks.
Judgment at Speed: Ability to prioritize and make sound calls in ambiguous, fast-moving situations.
Influence & Alignment: Exceptional ability to build alignment and manage expectations with senior functional leaders.
Dynamic Problem Solver: Ability to prioritize, assess, and solve complex problems at a high velocity.
