About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead, oversee, and coordinate the day-to-day operations of dialysis clinics and care programs across a designated geographic area.
- Support the implementation of the care delivery strategy by ensuring high-quality patient care while driving operational and cost efficiency.
- Provide strong leadership, guidance, and development opportunities for clinic management teams within the region.
- Ensure compliance with applicable regulatory requirements, company policies, and clinical standards.
- Drive operational excellence through performance monitoring, continuous improvement initiatives, and best practice implementation.
- Play a key role in business growth and sustainability by optimizing clinic performance and supporting strategic objectives.
- Ensure consistent delivery of safe, high-quality patient care across all clinics within the area.
Requirements
What you’ll need- At least 3-6 years’ experience that enables job holder to deal with the majority of situations and to advise others
- Up to 3 years of experience of supervising and directing people and other resources to achieve specific end results within limited timeframes
- Highly experienced in clinic operations management and work allocation systems
- English fluent as a must. Other languages besides country language is an asset.
