About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Maintain and improve customer relationships
- Collaborate with assigned sales partner(s) to develop customized product and therapy solutions
- Conduct prospecting and demand generation activities; serve as a therapy thought leader
- Act as a trusted advisor to patients
- Partner with Value Streams to support commercialization and launch of new products
- Assess clinical environments and collaborate with staff to implement training and improvement plans
Requirements
What you’ll need- RN Required, BSN Preferred
- B.S./B.A. or equivalent Preferred
- MBA Preferred
- 5+ years of sales and/or 5+ years of Clinical Education in the dialysis industry
- Very strong interpersonal skills
- Self-starter, energetic, with an infectious, positive, can-do attitude.
