Key responsibilities & impact- Supports Fresenius Medical Care's mission and compliance program
- Collaborates with business to ensure compliance with state and federal laws
- Acts as a Privacy and Security Officer for the assigned division
- Leads compliance activities within the division
- Provides training and guidance on compliance policies
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree required
- 5 - 8 years' experience in healthcare and/or compliance, or 3 years healthcare and/or compliance experience with a relevant Master's degree
- Strong writing skills with specific experience in the areas of developing, implementing and maintaining policies, procedures and training in a healthcare environment
- Strong computer skills, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
