About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Understand and be proficient using Teams, Word, Excel, “OBS”, SalesForce, and other audio and visual technology related to virtual meetings
Effectively train and motivate our partners to be successful trainers
Effectively train nursing staff on product use and practical applications
Create virtual curriculums to address educational needs
Implement and execute virtual education sessions as necessary (basic, advanced) for our partners.
Maintain product competency through keeping up-to-date on product and procedural changes.
Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years of experience in education and/or in the dialysis industry
Very strong interpersonal skills
Self-starter, energetic, with an infectious, positive, can-do attitude.
PCT, CCHT, or above preferred.
Previous product experience required.
