Requirements

  • Project management certification is a plus
  • Several years of professional experience in operational controlling or accounting roles
  • Extensive experience managing projects in complex organizational environments
  • Several years of functional or disciplinary leadership experience
  • Extensive experience collaborating internationally with cross-functional teams
  • Experience with IT projects, particularly in agile environments, is an advantage
  • Independent, solution-oriented, pragmatic, and focused working style, even under time pressure
  • High level of commitment, resilience, and openness to change
  • Curiosity about new topics and a strong commitment to continuous learning
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to explain complex problems clearly and transparently
  • Decision-making capability
  • Persuasive and assertive team player
  • Strong communication skills in English; German language skills are an advantage
  • Confident presence in presentations
  • Broad, hands-on controlling expertise across various areas, e.g., investment controlling, operational controlling in R&D, MSC, and Commercial Operations
  • Knowledge of accounting and IFRS
  • Familiarity with financial systems
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Working knowledge of SAP Finance (advanced knowledge is an advantage)
  • Working knowledge of planning software, e.g., Anaplan
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint and Word
