About the role
- Responsible for driving sales performance, clinical support, and overall customer service within an assigned territory
- Manage all new and existing dialysis accounts
- Identify and close new business opportunities
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Engage in regular face-to-face customer call activity
- Lead collaboration and coordination with all supporting roles
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree required; Advanced Degree desirable
- 2-5 years’ related medical sales experience; or a master’s degree with 3 years’ experience; or a PhD without experience; or equivalent directly related work experience
- Experience and proven success with consultative selling
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
- Basic computer skills including Word, Excel, Power Point
