Design, develop, test, and deploy global and local Workday integrations for HCM and payroll, including full documentation
Analyze business requirements and perform business process analysis with functional SMEs and system experts
Analyze and fix integration production issues and perform impact analysis of global configuration and data changes in production
Analyze, design, develop and deploy change requests; oversee failures, errors and warnings of scheduled integrations
Liaise with integration lead on integration approach, reviews and approvals
Consider global vs local change guidelines, data privacy, and audit of production changes
Manage maintenance, delivery and optimization of Workday integrations based on HR and business demands aligned with global IT guidelines
Collaborate with 3rd party software vendors and oversee Tier 3 3rd party support capacity and quality delivery for Workday integrations
Ensure delivery, quality and stability of Workday integrations, ensuring production control, compliance, audit and data privacy together with release manager, IT and HR stakeholders
Requirements
4-6 years professional experience as a Workday integration expert
Experience in a global Workday implementation or international consultancy
Strong knowledge of Payroll and Payroll integrations
Strong experience with HR processes and best practices
Strong experience with Workday HCM data and Workday integration and reporting tools
Certifications preferred: Studio and CCTPP
Good understanding of IT Compliance
Strong Project Management experience
Broad and deep integration and middleware technology skills
Deep understanding of SaaS and PaaS architecture and impacts in a hybrid landscape
Overall technical and functional knowledge of HR “on premise” and “cloud” systems
