About the role

  • Leads the design, development, and implementation of innovative business solutions using Microsoft Power Platform
  • Transforming business processes through automation, data integration, and analytics
  • Design and develop custom applications and automated workflows using Microsoft Power Apps and Power Automate to streamline and optimize business processes
  • Lead the development of Proof of Concepts (POCs) to showcase new capabilities and technical approaches
  • Provide in-depth analysis and technical support to determine present and future financial performance
  • Lead reviews of submitted data for accuracy and integrity; addressing discrepancies and adverse trends as necessary
  • Prepare presentations for review by management and other governing bodies
  • Mentor other staff as applicable

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate)
  • Experience creating dashboards and reports using Power BI a plus
  • Strong proficiency in SQL and data modeling a plus
  • Bachelor's Degree required; Advanced Degree desirable
  • 5 - 8 years' related experience; or a Master's degree with 3 years' experience; or a PhD without experience
  • Excellent computer skills with advanced proficiency in word processing, spreadsheet, database, presentation and email applications
