About the role
- Lead and develop a high-performing Sales, Marketing, and Clinical team
- Define and execute short- and long-term sales strategies across the BeNeLux region
- Drive customer-centric initiatives and ensure exceptional service delivery
- Optimize and digitize sales processes and infrastructure
- Collaborate with internal departments and external stakeholders to align on business goals
- Monitor KPIs including sales growth, EBIT, and customer satisfaction
- Ensure compliance with public procurement laws and corporate policies
Requirements
- Academic background; an MBA or PhD is considered an advantage
- Over 10 years of experience in Sales, ideally within healthcare or a related industry
- 2 - 4 years of leadership / people management experience preferred
- Demonstrated success in a managerial role within an international context
- Strategic leader with strong communication, intercultural awareness, and team-building capabilities, complemented by analytical and solution-focused thinking
- Fluent in English and Dutch; proficiency in French is a plus
- Open to travel within the BeNeLux region and internationally
- Comfortable working across time zones and aligning with international standards
