About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Define and execute the global supply chain strategy for biosimilars
- Lead integrated business planning and translate strategy into actionable supply plans
- Ensure reliable supply by managing internal manufacturing sites and external CMO partnerships
- Drive demand, capacity, and inventory planning across a global network
- Secure launch readiness and lead lifecycle supply management
- Oversee logistics, distribution, and cold-chain operations
- Manage supply chain risks and develop mitigation strategies
- Drive financial performance through cost optimization
- Build and lead a high-performing global supply chain organization
- Collaborate cross-functionally with R&D, Quality, Manufacturing, Commercial, and Finance
Requirements
What you’ll need- University degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, Life Sciences, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 15+ years in relevant leadership roles within supply chain or manufacturing in biopharma, biotech, or biologics
- Proven track record in leading end-to-end global supply chains
- Deep understanding of biologics manufacturing and supply processes
- Strong expertise in IBP/S&OP, demand planning, and supply risk management
- Experience managing complex global matrix organizations
- Strong analytical, strategic, and financial acumen
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
