About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Architect and lead a comprehensive US Total Rewards strategy integrating base pay, variable incentives, equity programs, benefits, performance management and recognition.
- Partner with executive leadership to align rewards philosophy with company principles, and growth expectations.
- Oversee the creation of policies and procedures to ensure the achievement of equitable and competitive employee compensation.
- Lead and develop a high performing US Total Rewards team, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and inclusion.
- Lead the design, benchmarking, and administration of salary structures, short- and long-term incentive plans, and equity programs.
- Serve as a primary advisor on senior leadership compensation, supporting the Global Total Rewards team and pay-for-performance alignment.
- Oversee annual compensation planning cycles, job architecture, and market pricing for all US-based Fresenius Kabi roles.
- Lead the design, governance, communication, and continuous improvement of the company’s performance management process.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, Economics, or related field; advanced degree or certifications (CCP, CEP, CBP, CEBS, SPHR, PHR) strongly preferred.
- 12+ years of progressive experience in Total Rewards, Compensation, Benefits, or Financial Planning, including experience leading teams and partnering with C-suite executives with at least 7 years in a leadership role.
- Expertise in global compensation design and administration, including base pay, incentives, sales compensation, and equity programs.
- Strong understanding of global labor, tax, accounting, and regulatory requirements related to compensation and benefits.
- Proven ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders across functions, levels, and geographies.
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills.
- Advanced analytical and financial modeling capabilities, with the ability to translate data into insights and recommendations.
- Demonstrated agility, precision, and resilience in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities.
- Strong project management, organizational, and execution skills with meticulous attention to detail.
