About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Offers primary support for the Production supervisor
- Assists all daily operations of a functional department without direct supervision on the shift
- Responsible for production troubleshooting and reprocessing
- Assisting training all employees on that shift
- Allocating resources and scheduling shift activity
- Insuring cGMP compliance in operation
- Coordinates all aspects of department operations
- Reviews device history records and other production documentation for accuracy and completeness
- Ensures all employees are following safety and company policies
- Communicates issues or non-compliance to supervisor
- Handles employee training questions, conflicts and concerns
- Interfaces with Manufacturing Engineering, Quality, Warehouse
- Sets up, operates, maintains, and troubleshoots equipment
- Assists in preparing work orders and change controls
- Executes training plans for new and current hires
Requirements
What you’ll need- High School Diploma / GED Certificate
- Electro-mechanical assembly and test experience preferred.
- Demonstrated leadership, interpersonal skills and professionalism
- Excellent communication and training skills
- Basic mechanical aptitude
- Proven sound judgment, values driven, continuous innovation and improvement, and adaptability skills
- Demonstrated high performance orientation and detail orientation
