About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • This position owns product traceability and spare parts inventory control within the Service Depot
  • Responsibilities include executing all APRISO and SAP transactions related to product receipt, movement, repair status, and shipment to ensure 100% system accuracy and regulatory compliance
  • The role also maintains spare parts inventory levels, initiates replenishment orders, performs cycle counts, and ensures alignment between physical inventory and system records to prevent operational disruption
  • This role also includes regular customer-facing responsibilities, requiring strong communication skills and a professional demeanor when interacting with internal and external stakeholders to support Service Depot operations and ensure a high level of customer service
  • Create and manage service orders within SAP and/or APRISO to support the LVP Service Depot process, ensuring accuracy and full traceability
  • Generate and analyze system reports to monitor product status and workflow progression throughout the service process
  • Execute SAP transactions to accurately move products through required service stages and out of the Service Depot in accordance with established procedures
  • Prepare and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly SAP reports to support operational visibility and performance tracking
  • Manage and maintain appropriate spare parts inventory levels to support Service Depot operations, including monitoring stock levels, initiating replenishment orders, and ensuring system and physical inventory alignment
  • Coordinate and communicate with cross-functional departments to ensure alignment and effective information flow between the Service Depot and internal/external stakeholders
  • Maintain and control LVP Refurbish and Loaner pool inventory, ensuring availability, accurate tracking, and proper system documentation
  • Perform additional administrative duties and support special projects as assigned

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • The Company’s primary business language is English. The successful candidate must be able to effectively speak, read, write, and understand English
  • High School Diploma / GED
  • Excellent written, typing and oral communication skills required
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Suite: Word and Excel
  • ERP Experience Preferred but will train ideal candidate
  • Customer-facing skills, requiring excellent communication ability and a professional demeanor
  • Well organized and detail oriented
  • Must be able to work in fast-paced environment, multi-task and flexible in shift coverage as necessary
  • Works well in team environment
  • Adapt to needs of the business and conditions as needed
