Key responsibilities & impact

Lead contracting operation activities for Biosimilars and Specialty products
Manage rebate/discount process and contract operations
Optimize payer, wholesaler, provider, specialty pharmacy, GPO, and membership contract operations
Work with key stakeholders to direct cross-functional teams
Facilitate business decisions that generate revenue and profit return
Directly interface with customers on contract operations and disputes

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree required
Minimum 10+ years related work experience in the pharmaceutical industry
Minimum 5 years with financial / marketing / contract / market access knowledge
Minimum of 5 years of direct people management experience
In-depth knowledge of payer medical and pharmacy rebate claims invoice payment process
Deep understanding of players in the US supply chain
Brand/Biosimilars/Biologic experience highly preferred
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Microsoft Excel at the advanced level experience required
Knowledge of operating systems such as SAP, BEX, Qlik, Veeva, Spring CM, and Model N preferred
