About the role
- Assist with daily rebate operations
- Mentor rebate analysts to meet department goals
- Provide analytical support for rebate payments, administrative fees, and compliance program payments
- Serve as first point of contact for Finance, Sales, and National Accounts
- Provide rebates processing and deduction resolution support
- Maintain collaborative relationships with internal and external partners
- Ensure all SOPs are current and assist in training of rebate analysts
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business or Finance
- 3+ years related work experience
- Pharmaceutical, life sciences, medical device or biotech industry highly desired
- Knowledge of GPOs, Managed Care, IDNs, and Wholesaler experience highly preferred
- Ability to interface effectively with all groups and teams and within all levels of the organization
- Strong marketing and sales orientation
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Excellent Excel, PC, analytical, and organizational skills
