Key responsibilities & impact

Assist with daily rebate operations
Mentor rebate analysts to meet department goals
Provide analytical support for rebate payments, administrative fees, and compliance program payments
Serve as first point of contact for Finance, Sales, and National Accounts
Provide rebates processing and deduction resolution support
Maintain collaborative relationships with internal and external partners
Ensure all SOPs are current and assist in training of rebate analysts

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business or Finance
3+ years related work experience
Pharmaceutical, life sciences, medical device or biotech industry highly desired
Knowledge of GPOs, Managed Care, IDNs, and Wholesaler experience highly preferred
Ability to interface effectively with all groups and teams and within all levels of the organization
Strong marketing and sales orientation
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Excellent Excel, PC, analytical, and organizational skills
