About the role
- Part of the Reputation team and responsible for how freiheit.com is perceived externally.
- Develop and write content for the website, social media, and recruiting channels.
- Develop storylines, concepts, and scripts for video formats and support them from idea to publication.
- Provide communications support for software projects and work closely with engineering teams.
- Identify relevant topics and independently develop new content ideas.
Requirements
- University degree in communications, media, humanities, business, journalism, or a comparable qualification.
- Strong storyteller—able to translate complex topics into clear, understandable, and compelling narratives.
- Very confident writing skills in German and English.
- Several years of experience in corporate communications, content, or social media.
- Experience developing content and video formats.
- Prefer to work closely with teams and projects; curious about technical topics.
- Independent thinker with a structured way of working.
- Open, empathetic, and clear in communication.
