Business Development Rep

• Prospect and generate new leads through cold calling, email outreach, networking, and referrals
• Identify and target companies needing 3PL warehouse space in the Houston market
• Conduct facility tours and presentations for prospective clients
• Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified opportunities
• Negotiate rates, contracts, and service agreements
• Collaborate with operations teams to ensure smooth client onboarding
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets
• Track all activity in CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot, or equivalent)
• Stay current on Houston industrial real estate market trends and competitor activity
