At Frazil, every day is different. As the first point of contact for in-person visitors you’ll help create an incredible first impression by greeting guests warmly, receiving packages and deliveries, and maintaining the Frazil showroom. As a key support to the Administration team, you’ll also help to answer questions over the phone and through email for prospective customers.
Maintaining 3 clean, fully stocked Frazil showrooms. This includes cleaning, stocking, and refilling Frazil machines, maintaining and organizing showroom inventory, and preparing the showrooms for client site visits and flavor testing.
Managing the reception desk. This includes screening and greeting guests and visitors, maintaining visitor security standards, receiving mail and package deliveries, and ensuring a clean fully stocked reception area.
Answering and screening all operator calls and redirecting them to the appropriate department. This includes sales calls, service requests, vendor calls, and requests for more information about the Frazil program.
Overseeing office inventory and supply room for 3 separate buildings. This includes maintaining inventory counts, managing scheduled shipments and reorders, managing office supply requests, ordering supplies, and organizing and stocking the supply rooms.
Maintaining a clean, organized workplace. This includes cleaning, stocking, and refilling breakroom stations and kitchens, ensuring clean and clear hallways, monitoring bathroom cleanliness, preparing workstations and desks for new hires, maintaining office storage space, and alerting 3rd party cleaning service of concerns.
Managing the setup, preparation, and take down of monthly company lunches. This includes setting up seating for companywide All-hands meetings, ordering and setting up catered lunches, and ensuring clean up after the event.
Supporting the Administrative team in executing Frazil Fun Days. This includes helping to plan activities, delivering treats, celebrating milestones (birthdays, new babies, work anniversaries, etc.), and maintaining the public announcement board.
Assisting with other special projects and duties as assigned.
Requirements
Bilingual (English and Spanish speaking)
You have excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Outlook, Excel, and Word

Fully onsite position in Salt Lake City, UT
Working shift is 7:30am - 4:00pm M-F with a 30 minute lunch and two 15-minute breaks
Work is primarily done indoors and requires sitting for long periods of time
