• Triage, prioritise, and resolve day-to-day IT support requests, ensuring timely and effective solutions for end users.
• Manage identity and access management across the employee lifecycle, including provisioning, deprovisioning, access reviews, and RBAC implementation.
• Enforce security best practices across the environment, including patch management, device security policies, and compliance with corporate security and privacy standards.
• Support and continuously improve employee onboarding and off-boarding processes in collaboration with the People and Finance teams.
• Manage the full hardware asset lifecycle, including laptops, mobile devices, printers, IoT, and CCTV, maintaining accurate asset inventory at all times.

IT Operations Engineer

• Lead your own end-to-end mixed-method research projects, including interviews, surveys, concept testing and usability studies
• Support other members of the research team on larger projects, such as helping with survey analysis and running interviews
• Shape discovery work with Product and Design, helping teams define the right questions and approach
• Synthesise behavioural insights into clear, actionable recommendations that influence product direction

QA Engineer

• As a Test Automation Engineer at Freetrade, you will be a key contributor to ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products.
• You will focus on building and executing automated tests using modern tools and frameworks, with a particular emphasis on end-to-end platform testing and stable releases.
• Develop and integrate automated tests into the CI/CD pipeline to support functional, integration, and regression testing.
• Build and maintain web and mobile test automation scripts within our existing frameworks.
• Identify, analyse, and document defects, functional discrepancies, UI issues, and data inconsistencies with precision.
• Collaborate with cross-functional development teams to provide testing feedback and help improve product quality.
• Contribute to the team’s knowledge base, staying up-to-date with best practices and supporting the overall quality culture.
