Report to the Associate Director, Support Engineering and troubleshoot, optimize, and improve live ads on publishers’ websites.
Lead the troubleshooting and adjustment of live ads on new and existing publisher websites, writing unique JavaScript and CSS solutions where needed.
Serve as a proactive contributor and problem solver within the operations team, maintaining composure in high-stakes situations.
Act as a Subject Matter Expert, managing complex projects from start to finish with minimal supervision and keeping the team informed.
Function as a key communication point, interacting with internal teams and external clients to resolve issues and drive solutions.
Take full ownership of projects and new publisher onboarding, ensuring completion and alignment with objectives.
Requirements
4+ years of experience in frontend web design using JavaScript and HTML. Knowledge of React and SPA frameworks is required.
2+ years of experience with SQL.
Advanced knowledge of the AdTech industry, including hands-on experience troubleshooting, configuring, and customizing ad wrappers. Prebid and GAM expertise is required.
Proven understanding of the supply-side business, including the interplay between revenue and user experience.
Extensive experience debugging live websites; a strong ability to read and understand ad code is essential.
Advanced knowledge of ad product types and how to select the appropriate product fit for a given publisher.
Expertise in using the Chrome developer console.
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex information clearly to a variety of audiences.
Ability to maintain a level head in high-stakes situations and act as a proactive problem solver.
