About the role

  • Troubleshoot and adjust live ads on new publisher websites
  • For existing clients, review ads and look for ways to improve and optimize code; read and provide feedback on JavaScript and CSS
  • Act as a Subject Matter Expert: regularly manage projects and keep the team abreast of industry movement in your assigned subject
  • Report to the Associate Director, Support Engineering and maintain composure during high-pressure "fire drills"

Requirements

  • 1-2 years (minimum) in frontend web design using JavaScript and HTML
  • 1-2 years of SQL experience
  • Familiarity with the AdTech industry. Prebid and GAM expertise is a plus
  • Knowledge of ad product types and appropriate product fit for any given publisher
  • Experience working with the Chrome developer console
  • The ability to communicate effectively, both written and verbal
  • Can translate technical concepts for audiences with various degrees of expertise
