About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage planning and design projects, including hydrologic and hydraulic (H&H) analyses and mitigation planning
  • Develop and manage scope, schedule, and budget to meet project goals
  • Serve as senior advisor for projects and assist project teams
  • Provide quality control reviews of scope and fee proposals
  • Mentor and train junior staff engineers
  • Support business development activities and client relations

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (or equivalent)
  • Professional Engineer (PE License) in Texas
  • 8+ years' experience with emphasis in project management, personnel management, and technical design of stormwater projects
  • Preferred: CFM
