About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Manage planning and design projects, including hydrologic and hydraulic (H&H) analyses and mitigation planning
Develop and manage scope, schedule, and budget to meet project goals
Serve as senior advisor for projects and assist project teams
Provide quality control reviews of scope and fee proposals
Mentor and train junior staff engineers
Support business development activities and client relations

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (or equivalent)
Professional Engineer (PE License) in Texas
8+ years' experience with emphasis in project management, personnel management, and technical design of stormwater projects
Preferred: CFM
