Stormwater Project Manager

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage planning and design projects, including hydrologic and hydraulic (H&H) analyses and mitigation planning
- Develop and manage scope, schedule, and budget to meet project goals
- Serve as senior advisor for projects and assist project teams
- Provide quality control reviews of scope and fee proposals
- Mentor and train junior staff engineers
- Support business development activities and client relations
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (or equivalent)
- Professional Engineer (PE License) in Texas
- 8+ years' experience with emphasis in project management, personnel management, and technical design of stormwater projects
- Preferred: CFM
