About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Serve as a liaison between Technical Excellence and other parts of the organization
Develop and deploy standards, processes, tools, and training
Provide data analysis for Key Focus Indicators (KFIs) and other business metrics
Monitor firmwide continuous improvement tool and coordinate ideas
Engage in ongoing improvements to the Quality Management System
Coordinate with Business Technology on updates to processes and tools
Develop, implement, and manage a program for Technical Specifications
Participate in R&D projects, including proposal development and coordination
Support Strategic Initiatives within the Growth and Technical Organization
Provide support to National Technical Leaders and Specialists for industry trends

Requirements

What you’ll need

10+ years of progressive experience in A/E consulting preferred
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Outstanding organizational skills and demonstrated ability to prioritize work
A proactive, analytical mindset capable of problem-solving
Commitment to continuous learning and working in a diverse, ambiguous environment
