Client Service Leader

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Partner with clients to create and develop projects and opportunities
- Develop client accounts with multiple practices
- Act as a liaison between clients and internal delivery teams
- Conduct client-facing interactions
- Establish and maintain effective relationships with clients
- Conduct market research to identify new business development opportunities
- Assist in implementing sales strategies
- Manage Key and Strategic Account Program
- Coordinate with accounting to report on financial metrics
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Environmental, Business Administration, Marketing, Planning, or a related field
- 12+ years of experience in related field
- Active involvement in related industry professional organizations and/or community leadership roles
