About the role

  • Serve as a design lead and project manager for various county and municipal roadway projects
  • Client communication and reporting responsibilities
  • Management of deadlines and project deliverables
  • Project execution and quality management
  • Agency coordination, scope and fee development, project scheduling, and tracking of activities

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
  • 4+ years of experience in roadway design with at least 3+ years of progressive project management experience
  • Texas Professional Engineering license or the ability to become licensed within 6 months
  • Strong technical skills in roadway and drainage design
  • Experience with AutoCAD and Civil 3D
