- Take ownership of projects from concept to completion, managing client communication, deadlines, deliverables, and budgets
- Collaborate closely with our talented team to produce high-quality work
- Manage and develop staff
- Foster strong client relationships
- Lead the analysis, design, and preparation of plans, specifications, estimates, and reports for our valued clients
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- 8+ years of experience in roadway design
- 3+ years of progressive project management experience
- Texas Professional Engineering (PE) License
- Strong technical skills in roadway and drainage design
- Experience with MicroStation and Geopak/Open Roads
