About the role

  • Take ownership of projects, managing client communication, deadlines, deliverables, budgets, and ensuring top-notch quality

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (or comparable engineering or applied science degree)
  • 6+ years of experience in roadway design
  • 2+ years of progressive project management experience
  • Texas Professional Engineering license (or the ability to become licensed in Texas within 6 months)
  • Strong technical skills in roadway and drainage design
  • Experience with MicroStation and Open Roads/Open Roads Designer
