About the role
- Partner with the Chief Human Resources Officer to lead the creation and execution of an enterprise-wide talent development strategy
- Develop and execute a formal and transparent organizational development processes that enables employees to build and develop their careers
- Direct staff development to enhance the effectiveness of employee performance in achieving goals and objectives
- Develop and maintain instructional programs
- Consult with leadership on performance, organizational, and leadership matters
- Develop, implement, and oversee a leadership development program
- Guide managers and employees on problem solving, improving performance, organizational diagnosis, goal alignment, teambuilding and continuous improvement
- Continue to develop and build the organizational development team
- Lead the talent planning process and design solutions related to employee engagement, talent acquisition, and change management
- Access, evaluate, and recommend tools and technologies to standardize and automate processes
- Assess, report, and deliver critical data/metrics related to organizational development processes to leadership and stakeholders
- Oversee mentorship and executive coaching programs
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- 10+ years of related experience, including a strong emphasis on learning, talent development, and project management
- 3 + years of experience in managing multi-functional departments
- Compelling communicator, both written and verbal, effective at presenting to all levels of the organization, including external shareholders
- Strong leadership skills: ability to engage and inspire; fosters a sense of energy, ownership, and personal commitment to the work; create an environment in which performance excellence is rewarded
