About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide professional-level support for domestic and international compensation programs
- Determine appropriate base pay amounts, salary survey participation, job evaluations, and market pricing
- Respond to issue escalations from the service center
- Conduct research, investigate inquiries, and provide resolution
- Prepare regular and ad hoc compensation reports
- Administer and oversee position and job code requests
- Assist in salary surveys and market pricing positions
- Validate accuracy of market composites
- Evaluate adjustments to salary structures and merit matrices
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Business or Human Resources or related field and two (2) years experience in compensation or related field
- OR High School Diploma and six (6) years experience in compensation or related field, plus two (2) years of human resources experience
- Professional-level operations experience, including significant human resources work.
