💰 $90,000 - $124,500 per year
About the role
- Review, investigate and develop appropriate recommendations regarding assigned Engineering projects
- Serve as Project Manager or Technical Advisor, on small-to-medium site construction, expansion or modification projects
- Evaluate and administer contracts with vendors for the provision of services and equipment
- Collaborate in site strategic planning and budgeting efforts for designated Engineering areas
- Assist in the development and evaluation of Appropriation Request (AR) for capital funding
- Perform other duties as required
Requirements
- High School diploma or GED and seven (7) years of Engineering experience, OR Bachelor's degree in a Scientific discipline and three (3) years of Engineering experience
- Able to research and analyze information of considerable difficulty and draw valid conclusions
- Ability to develop and maintain awareness of occupational hazards and safety precautions
- Skilled in following safety practices and recognizing hazards
- Preferred Qualifications: Supervisory experience, Identify and drive safety improvements, Complete continuous improvement projects, Familiar with Excel and PiVision
